Welcome to WMMRC 2011: Paluzza, Italy

Paluzza is located in Carnia in the north-eastern Italian region of Friuli Venezia Giulia, stretching from the Carnic Alps to the Austrian border towards Arta Terme and Tolmezzo.

This charming village is surrounded by huge mountains and wide forests and it is connected to the Adriatic area and northern Europe through old and new road links.

As a matter of fact, in the past this area was crossed by a variety of different people and cultures which influenced the habits and traditions of the local people still living there.
